This course is available to people living in the East Sussex area.
Do you have difficulty falling asleep at night or find you are waking up multiple times in the night?Perhaps you are waking up early in the morning and can't get back to sleep? Poor sleep can be incredibly frustrating. If you've had enough of sleeping badly then this course could be for you.
This is an online presentation style course where facilitators will present information and talk you through tools and techniques. You are welcome to ask the facilitators any questions about the material. However, this is not a therapy or support group therefore facilitators will not be asking you to disclose in-depth personal information and there will not be any spaces for sharing your experiences with other attendees.
· This online course runs for 5 weekly sessions on zoom.
· Each session is 1 hour 20 minutes long, with a 10 minute break in the middle.
· The course is facilitated by 2x Psychological Wellbeing Practitioners, who have been trained to deliver cognitive behavioural interventions for insomnia.
· It is a lecture style course where facilitators will present information and talk you through tools and techniques that you can use to improve your sleep.
